About Rise Fast Athletics
Rise Fast Athletics is dedicated to the success of youth athletic development and competition. Guided by the Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) model frameworks, we aim to inspire young athletes to embrace sports training and movement as a way of life—whether their future includes playing at a higher level or leading in other arenas of life.

Rise Fast Athletics currently offers private group training and Under Armour Rise Flag Football in the Fayetteville/Fort Bragg, NC area. We also work with other trainers in the area as our mission is the same. Train Our Youth. 

Comprehensive Athletic Development
Our future is bright with upcoming programs that will take a year-round approach to athlete growth; integrating training, competition, and crossover skills development across multiple sports.

Current Programs
Private Group Training - Sessions emphasize Plyometrics, Speed, Agility, and sport-specific skills tailored to each athlete’s developmental stage.

Under Armour Rise Flag Football integrated group training - A competitive, skill-focused league where athletes gain experience in a structured, team-based environment.
