Rise Fast Athletics is dedicated to becoming the Fayetteville and Fort Bragg, NC area’s go-to program for youth athletic development and competition. Guided by the Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) model frameworks, we aim to inspire young athletes to embrace sports training and movement as a way of life—whether their future includes playing at a higher level or leading in other arenas of life.
